Food-grade kraft paper has much higher safety requirements than ordinary kraft paper, specifically in the following aspects:

External Requirements:

Site Selection: The site of a food-grade processing plant must be located within a certain radius free from pig farms, furniture factories, chemical plants, or other places that could potentially contaminate the product, to avoid cross-contamination.

Plant Area Requirements: The construction of the production area of a food-grade processing plant should be rationally planned according to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle for materials and products to avoid secondary contamination.

Equipment Requirements: All production equipment in a food-grade processing plant must be food-grade. For example, parts that come into direct contact with the product should use food-grade stainless steel as the base material, and pallets should be made of iron and plastic materials that do not easily shed fibers.

Personnel Requirements: All personnel entering and exiting the production area must wear uniform work clothes and hats and wash and disinfect their hands.

Internally: Food-grade kraft paper must not contain any harmful substances and must comply with my country's "Hygienic Standard for Base Paper for Food Packaging". For example, Lianxing's food-grade kraft paper has passed multiple certifications, such as domestic QS, and international FDA and BRC. Moreover, each batch of products is sent to relevant testing institutions for various tests, including bacterial testing, toxicological testing, and migration testing, before being put on the market, to ensure the safety of every product and strive to satisfy and trust all customers.
